David Sheets joined ZINC in 2022 as Director of Investor Relations where he is responsible for the marketing, equity raising and investor relations for the ZINC Income Fund. He brings more than 25 years of marketing, sales and customer service experience in numerous industries.
Prior to ZINC, David was the Vice President of Investor Relations at Avistone leading the equity raising and investor relations for offerings focused on industrial and hotel properties. He also was Director of Marketing for the Globe Education Network, where he was responsible for the strategic and creative direction of 6 colleges, spanning 5 states and 31 campuses.
David holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN).
